1. Contenidos:
ALERTANET-PORTAL DE DERECHO Y SOCIEDAD es un portal dedicado a
estudios socio-legales, Multiculturalidad, Pueblos Indígenas,
Pluralismo Legal, Justicia, Control Penal, Mecanismos Alternativos
de Resolución de Conflictos, Mujer y Género, Derechos Humanos,
Democracia, teorías críticas del Estado y el Derecho, y asuntos
Latinoamericanos.
2. Objetivos:
- Promover una red virtual (y real) de Derecho y Sociedad en
Latinoamérica.
- Facilitar
el intercambio de informacion y debate entre miembros de diferentes
redes, activistas y academicos.
- Fortalecer los esfuerzos por el cambio, la democracia, la justicia, el
pluralismo, la vigencia de Derechos Humanos, y la paz en la region.

instituciones que libre y voluntariamente se suscriben a la lista e-mail y
a la Red bajo los objetivos, derechos y responsabilidades que se señalan,
y en el marco de la buena fe.
